This site is a marketplace serving multiple vendors (brands). Unless stated otherwise for a vendor, the following return policy applies:

1. If the item is purchased from a reseller, please contact the reseller for their return policy. We really want you to experience these great products and if for whatever reason you don't like it, you can return it within 30 days from receiving the items.
2. Items must be returned to the "ship from" location and not to any wholesaler or reseller.
3. There is a 10% to 15% restocking fee for item that is returned in opened but unblemished condition. Any damages will be charged according to out of warranty service fee (parts + labor) in addition to the restocking fee.  There is no restocking fee if an item is returned unopened.
4. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
